We set out why policy is important and lay out the basic policy for an organisation seeking to mitigate anti-bribery risk, understanding how policy is supported form senior management and through procedure and training.
We learn how to identify the risks surrounding bribery in and around the workplace as well as the reporting requirements for individuals and organisations.
We learn about the different types of relationships and how bribery might occur in order that we can learn about the different stakeholders. We also continue our short case study in to a potentially fraudulent employee.
Finally we identify the red flags to look out for.
