We learn about what the definition of bribery is and how it can impact all of the people in your organisation, including your contractors and suppliers.  We learn about the Bribery Act 2010 and the offences under the act for individuals and organisations.

We learn about the territorial reach of the UK law and US law and will understand what the regulator would expect of an organisation and the consequences of none compliance.

We set out why policy is important and lay out the basic policy for an organisation seeking to mitigate anti-bribery risk, understanding how policy is supported form senior management and through procedure and training.

We learn how to identify the risks surrounding bribery in and around the workplace as well as the reporting requirements for individuals and organisations.

We learn about the different types of relationships and how bribery might occur in order that we can learn about the different stakeholders.  We also continue our short case study in to a potentially fraudulent employee.

Finally we identify the red flags to look out for.
