The course covers how a victim can be supported by the organisation and by first responders and it provides best practice on how to report suspicions and to continue support.
In addition the course covers the rights of the victim and how they are supported by the provisions of the act.
Staff will learn about how the organisation is impacted by the Modern Slavery Act and the penalties faced.
We cover the importance of avoiding non compliance and the obligations to manage the supply chain and to produce annual reporting.
The course also covers how to satisfy the right to work regulation and avoid the fines which come with a breach of this regulation.
